These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and KolayLogin, Inc. (“KolayLogin”) and govern access to the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, and related services (the “Service”).
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your workspace and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Don't use the Service to violate the law, harm minors, send spam, run denial-of-service attacks, scrape data without consent, or circumvent rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that materially breach this section.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel from /app/settings/plan at any time. Failed payments open a 7-day grace window before automatic downgrade to Hobby.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to data you upload; we process it only to operate the Service on your behalf.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete workspace data within 30 days (sooner on request).
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid to KolayLogin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
